Lauren is a Manhattan based, ACE-certified personal trainer specializing in strength and flexibility training, endurance, weight loss, and total body fitness. She has experience working with both seasoned athletes and tentative newcomers and can adjust workouts and programs specifically for any body type.

It is Lauren’s personal goal to help you achieve your goals; whether it is to lose weight, tone up, or get in shape. Lauren follows a personal training approach that is safe, effective and most importantly, fun. She currently teaches boot camps multiple times a week, which are open to all ages and levels. Further, Lauren offers private personal training outside or in your home/gym.

Additionally, Lauren is currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan, pursuing her passion and focus on natural, whole foods and ingredients that are good for our bodies.
